Highlights from the November 7, 2006
Tri-County Regional School Board Annual General Meeting
Election of Chair & Vice Chair
At the November 7th, 2006 Annual General
Meeting (AGM), the Tri-County Regional School Board re-elected Faye
Haley as Chair & Ron Hines as Vice Chair. Both the Chair & Vice
Chair expressed their desire to continue to work with the other
members of the Board as a team & pledged to do their utmost to continue
to serve the students of the TCRSB to the fullest.
Standing Committees and Membership
The TCRSB decided to maintain its three
current Standing Committees. The three Standing Committees,
membership, and meeting times are as follows:
Finance & Operations Committee:

Nick Pippy
Meeting Time
The Finance & Operations Committee will
meet on the fourth Tuesday of every month.

6:30pm - Public meeting
Policy Committee:

Robie Atkinson
Nick Pippy

Meeting Time
The Policy Committee will meet on the
fourth Tuesday of every month.

School Advisory Council Committee:

The School Advisory Council Committee
will meet on the second Tuesday of every month.

Highlights from the November 7, 2006
Tri-County Regional School Board Meeting
December Meetings
The board passed a motion to hold one
regular meeting in December. This meeting will take place on
December 12, 2006.
Goals & Priorities
The Board decided to hold a Special Board
Meeting on December 5, 2006 at 5:30pm to discuss the Board's Business
plan, with special focus on Goals & Priorities.
